The property consists of 2 duplex villas located in mirror, each of them providing all the comfort of home, away from home. Private parking is also available at the property within the limits of available spaces. Each villa is composed of 3 rooms equipped with double beds and private bathrooms, plus an open space attic equipped with an extendable sofa for 2 people and a private bathroom, a living room located on the ground floor intended for common activities, with a sofa and a special space for table tennis. The location also has a barbecue, a gazebo with a terrace and a yard. Nearby, about 15 minutes' walk away, there are numerous restaurants, shops and an adventure park. The location of the villa is unique, in the middle of the forest, at the starting point of two spectacular routes: the road to the Susai cabin on the one hand, the royal Polistoaca promenade on the other.
