I have over 20 years of experience in hospitality industry. For many years managed several restaurants in Serbia, Pakistan and Tanzania. Stated hosting in Belgrade 6 years ago and now successfully managing six properties. I love meeting new people, so I guess this is perfect a job for me. Property info

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings. It is looking on the inner courtyard and therefore, even though it is located on a busy street it is very quiet. Since it is on the 5th floor, it has beautiful city view. Two of three bedrooms are large, facing south east and the third one is smaller and facing south west. Because of its orientation and large windows, the apartment is bathed in light all day. For better sleep all windows have blinds We provide fresh bedding and towels. Kitchen is equipped with all the dishes (glasses, cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc.) you will need for a pleasant stay, as well as full stove with oven, large fridge with freezer, dolce gusto coffee machine and electric water kettle. Bathroom has large jacuzzi style bath tub. There is also half bathroom with washing machine.

Neighborhood info

The property is located on Kneza Milosa, one of the busiest and largest streets in Belgrade. It has excellent bus and trolleybus connections for all parts of the city. The bus stop is in front of the building. There are many shops, restaurants and cafes in close vicinity of the building. You can reach city center in less than 10 minutes by bus or 25 on foot. Temple of Sveti Sava is 20 minutes’ walk. If you would like to walk by the river all you have to do is walk 8 minutes downhill and you will find yourself in newly built Belgrade Waterfront where you can enjoy walking by the river, some of the best restaurants in town or shopping in biggest shopping mall.
