We went there to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, and to our surprise they gave us champagne and chocolates. We highly appreciate! Room was clean, quiet and wonderful, we had the best view of the city. In every floor, there was water provided. The hotel has a lift as well. Receptionist were very nice and accommodating and they helped us in the best way they can.
United Arab EmiratesLocation is amazing, a minute walk to Nevsky Prospekt, 5min walk to the Church on the Spilled Blood, and 10-15min to the Hermitage and the Neva river. We booked Superior Double room and the room was big. Facilities are quite good, there is a lift and there is a water dispenser in every corridor in front of the rooms. All staff speak English, yet they are not smiling a lot but we noticed that is very common among Russian people. Breakfast is really nice. It was my Mom’s birthday during our stay there and the hotel surprised her with a wonderful gift. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

RussiaWas given my favorite room near the reception. Had a small refrigerator, a work table, safe for valuables, and two beds so that I could keep my suitcase open on the other bed for long periods during the day.
United States of AmericaNice big room, good value, nice variety of things to eat for breakfast. Staff was very nice! The sauna was also a good addition even though it's small. The bed was a highlight, slept very well! In general a good choice, and while it's not the best breakfast, there are so many things that you'll find something good to get your stomach full. Would recommend this place!
