Really loved the location of this villa. There are beaches that are within walking distance and are easily swimmable with clear waters. Arthur, the owner of the property, is a great host and the rest of the staff do a great job with the upkeep as well as the execution of their jobs. It is very close to many shops, beaches, bars and the overall ease of access is excellent. Really liked the appliances and fixtures in the villa as everything felt modernized. Definitely can have good meals and relax in this house as opposed to having to go out to eat all the time. Cooking, showering, doing laundry, hanging out on the balcony, everything was excellent.

the location of this property can’t be beaten! right outside of town center but with a totally peaceful vibe. just across the street from a beach, perfect for morning walks and watching the sunset. the room was very relaxed, clean, and updated. the living area and kitchen were very comfortable, and having the door open to the porch was lovely for island chilling. Arthur, his family and helpers were very helpful and accommodating. they made us feel at home and gave us a late checkout for our 5pm ferry ride. i would recommend this place to anybody just based on the location alone, but everything else was 10/10 on top of that. we will be back to paradise for sure! thanks Arthur :)

We were welcomed at the ferry by a cute young Bangladesh fella to hand-help us with a suitcase, 5 minutes walking from the ferry. In the apartment we were welcomed by a sweet local girl with an excellent cold mango juice in her hands to show us the room and to explane us and to answer our questions etc UV light test: The apartment was clean, new sheets nice towel honeymoon settlement on the bed, toilet was clean but not sterilized. While staying if we needed anything we ask the host (living 3 meters from you with his family) and he helped gladly. Roofed bicycle parking lot in the complex (but no bikes included, cheapest we found was 100SR/day) Always ask the host where is the best/cheapest place to buy groceries, you would be amazed by the price and the selection differences. Like EVERT teopical location, ants are everywhere and you better take care of it in the first day because you cant leave nothing without a supervision The apartment is about 75 meters from the beach

The location, the house, the host/ess and the extra attention for my wife's B-Day, even a welcome drink. In addition to these perks, the reception at the Jetty and then at the time of checkout he even helped us with the bags until the boat. Bikes available at right fare, surrounding of the house very clean, the interior was very dated and the view, awesome.

Loved the balcony- we could see both the sea and people passing along the street. Great location for exploring the island and going out for meals. The owner was kind and helpful and we appreciated the pick up at the jetty and late check out.
