Lovely holiday house in Backaryd, 70m from nice swimming at the private swimming area that belongs to the house. Here you live close to the lake with the forest as a neighbor and at the same time you are close to the coast with only 15 km to Ronneby and 40 km to Karlskrona. You have a large garden with a wonderful covered veranda with lovely lounge furniture and a lake view. You also have a larger patio deck in connection where there are sun loungers, dining furniture and a barbecue. In the fresh, cozy house there is a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa, TV with Chromecast and a newly installed stove for warmth and a high cozy factor. In the kitchen there is a dining area and most of what you might need. You have two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, one with a 140 cm wide bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom is newly renovated and fresh with toilet, sink and shower. You have a rowing boat to explore the lake or take a fishing trip with. The boat is located down by the nice swimming area with jetty. Life jackets are available. The house and its surroundings invite you to wonderful nature experiences in all seasons, perhaps grilling sausages by the beach on a sunny winter's day and if the ice is thick, a walk or fishing trip on it. At the back of the house there is a trampoline for the children. In Ronneby and Karlskrona there is a wide range of culture, nice bathing spots, restaurants and shopping. From here you can also take boat trips out into the archipelago among cobs and skerries. The house is located 50m from a busy road. Firewood is included in limited quantities but can be purchased from the owner on site. Pets are not welcome.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancelations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
