While small, my little room was nicely organized to make it efficient. Loved the washing machine option! For such a busy location, my room was very quiet. Luckily the washers cannot go at night. I heard some music during evening hours - maybe a hotel guest, maybe a local restaurant, but after 10pm, always quiet. I also liked how accessible it was for an old neighborhood. One micro step inside, lift, and one step into then bathroom. Nice!

Customer service was exceptional as it is a digital key style hotel. There is a staff stationed daily but mostly guests are to navigate through the processes of checking in and getting to room independently. Instructions are clear on what to do. Whatsapp chat was created a day before checking in to ensure clarity and if any assistance is required, there is a direct customer care to rectify. Daily check-ins are conducted to ensure guests are well and no issues arises from the digital key, as we all know technological glitches do happen. Shannen and Lyla, the customer service officers through Whatsapp, is always ready to provide support, when necessary.

Very nice digital hotel near Kampong Glam area. Even if the room was small, I've got everyhting I needed even more than a lot of appartment I rented ! Bed was very comfy and the temperature in the room kept very stable. Shower very good as well. Also, the free laundry facilities were well maintained. Communication with staff was easy and they were responsive.

The place was very cute and cozy, although the room was small, it was a good size for one person and had everything you need, including a washer/dryer right outside the room. The staff were also incredibly helpful, from the moment I got there until the very end. The location is central, close to MRT and some tourist spots. The room is clean and well equipped and there is also free shared washers and dryers for laundry. The hosts Alice and Shannen were very accommodating and helped me with lugagge storage and even let me check-in a bit earlier.

First of all, the location was perfect. Just a couple of minutes away from the Burgis metro station, or, you could walk around central Singapore (Little India and Chinatown) within 10-20 minutes. My room was very clean, serviced every day and the washing machine and the dryer (fee usage of both included) were a huge plus! The staff are incredibly polite, helpful and always smiling and responsive to all queries and needs. My bed was very comfortable and the A/C kept my room cool during my 7-night stay, I will be definitely coming here again.
