as the facility has no service of breakfast, we as the host about nearest possible place for having breakfast but they did full refrigerator of food, all we ken imagine, .. think everyone might find some thing for very rich breakfast and they did not charge for it at all huge regards to host & big thanx & love :)<3

Povsem obnovljen in sodobno opremljen apartma se nahaja v osrčju nekdanjega trškega jedra Ljutomera. Hišo je v secesijskem slogu dal postaviti dr. Karol Grossmann, pionir slovenskega filma, ki je na dvorišču hiše posnel enega izmed prvih treh slovenskih filmov, “Na domačem vrtu“. Pri Grossmannovih je nekaj mescev stanoval tudi artilerijski podoficir Fritz Lang, poznejši slavni filmski režiser. Častitljiva zgodovina in prijetna udobnost s sodobnim pridihom zagotavljata edinstveno bivanje v srcu Prlekije. Apartma je v neposredni bližini TICa, kjer si je možno sposoditi električna kolesa, saj je središče Ljutomera idealna točka za raziskovanje zelenega Pomurja z bogato kulinarično ponudbo. Do kraja Jeruzalem v Slovenskih goricah je 7 kilometrov, do termalnega kopališča Banovci 8, do Male Nedelje pa okrog 16 kilometrov.
Apartma se nahaja v središču mestnega jedra Ljutomera, V neposredni bližini so tudi trgovski centri. Lokacija je idealna za raziskovanje okolice s termalnimi kopališči (Banovci, Radenci, Mala Nedelja, Moravske toplice) ter naravnimi (Gajševsko jezero, Expano, Jeruzalemske gorice, Babinska kamenšnica) in kulturnimi (Jeruzalem, Dvorec Rakičan, mlin in brod na Muri) znamenitostmi.
