Newly built 2-bedrooms apartment on the 18th floor in the new downtown. Situated a short walk from the Nivy Shopping Center,offers easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, gyms, the main bus station. Located near historic city center and the vibrant Mileticova Market. The apartment features a bedroom, walk-in closet, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, a balcony. The building offers a reception and there is a children playground just behind the building.
