All staff were really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel right under Lomnický Štít,30min walk to Tatranská Lomnice. We were really happy with the breakfast, big choice and good quality food

The setting was beautiful, with a great view of the mountains from the 4th floor. The price of the room was more affordable than other options in the area, especially with breakfast included. The cost of dinner was also very reasonable. The hotel has an old fashioned feel, but we liked it - it has its own character and includes grandiose touches like leather sofas in the lobby and giant picture windows. The staff were professional and friendly. The dinner served was quite traditional and we enjoyed it, although we weren't offered a choice. I imagine they can cater for vegetarians, allergic people etc too, but we happily ate what we were given - as if we were guests in someone's home. There was a wide range of breakfast options. I particularly enjoyed the liptauer and mayo salad spread stuff, ham, yoghurt and pastries. I only stayed for one night, but imagine that the varied selection would be fun to explore over several days - as would the mountain trails.

Pobyt bol neskutočný. Personál veľmi milý, ústretový, priateľský. Raňajky kráľovské, každý z rodiny si tam našiel čo mu najviac chutilo. Večera perfektná, trojchodová (polievka, hlavné jedlo a sladké prekvapenie). Z izby sme mali nádherný výhľad na Tatry (a z kúpelne tiež :) ). Určite by som tento hotel odporúčala a máme v pláne sa tam ešte tento rok v lete vrátiť a pochodiť aj po okolí.

Výborná dostupnosť do lokalít, ktoré preferujeme, strava chutila, bolo jej dostatok (raňajky-široký výber, dvojchodová večera s dezertom). Boli sme spokojní s čistotou v apartmáne a spoločných WC na prízemí. Príjemný personál (recepcia, bar, reštaurácia).
