The apartment is located in the wider city center, in the part of Nové Mesto, on Vajnorská street. A great benefit is excellent transport accessibility, tram and bus stop is a short walk from the house, as well as the rentable scooter and bicycle stations. The whole neighborhood has its own specific character, there is a quarter of family houses, the so-called People's Quarter, which was realized during the Second World War in the period of the First Slovak Republic between 1941 and 1943. There are several parks and playgrounds in the neighbourhood. About only 50m from the apartment building is a public swimming pool, about 7 minutes walk is the popular Kuchajda lake with its program. The advantage is also a wide range of amenities available basically right next to the house in the Vivo shopping centre. Within further walking distance is the excellent artisan bakery KRUH, where you can also have a delicious breakfast and coffee. Street workout in the beautiful park a short walk behind the house. Also the leisure city park Jama with its café. Trnavské mýto, a transport hub with various integrated functions, where a new convention centre is also being built, is a 14-minute walk away. The city centre within walking distance is about 30 minutes, during which you can also visit the beautiful park Medická ogród. It is one of Bratislava's most popular public parks.
