Please note that "Hillside" zone is separated from the seaside zone by Koh Chang road. Guest will need to cross the road in order to use the facilities in the seaside zone.
Optional Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December 2025, the price is at THB 2,400.-/adult and THB 1,200.-/child 4-12 years. Guests can book table and pay directly at resort upon arrival.
Optional Gala Dinner New Year Eve on 31 December 2025, the price is at THB 4,500.-/adult and THB 2,250.-/child 4-12 years. Guests can book table and pay directly at resort upon arrival.
Hotel Deposit Policy: Please be advised that a security deposit of THB 1,000 per night of your stay will be required upon check-in. This deposit can be provided in the form of cash or a credit card pre-authorization. For cash deposits, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out, less any charges for incidentals. For credit card pre-authorizations, a release request will be submitted to our local bank upon your departure. Kindly note that the processing time for the funds to be credited back to your account typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks, subject to the processing times of both our local bank and your issuing bank. We appreciate your understanding that this timeframe is beyond our direct control.
Renovation work of the Sea View Grande Deluxe and Sea View Grande Suite buildings will be carried out from 1/6/2025 to 31/10/2025.
The Main Beachfront Swimming Pool and Sea Turtle Pool Bar will be temporarily closed for essential maintenance from 15 August to 30 September 2025. During this period, all other facilities — including the Small Swimming Pool (Villa Zone by the sea), Swimming Pool with Slide (Hillside Zone), Rooftop Swimming Pool (Hillside Zone) — will remain fully operational for guests’ continued enjoyment.
