On the 27th floor in a new 5 stars apartment in Pattaya, on 1 line with panoramic sea views. Two swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, 2-storey fitness center, 6 floors parking, security 24 hours. The newest project on the beach. Everything is very modern. Ceilings are 2.9 meters. From the bedroom and the hall is a beautiful panoramic view of the sea from a bird's-eye view. Panoramic view of the city from the windows on the opposite side of the apartment. Shower with panoramic cabin. The hall is separated from the bedroom by a sliding wall. The electronic system of a smart house manages a lot of lighting. Electronic combination lock with a key-cards. Expensive decoration and furniture. A particularly wide King Size bed with high-quality cotton bed linen of 500 filaments density. Sofa color chocolate pearls in the hall. Curtains block the sunlight 100%. In the daytime you can sleep like at night. In the kitchen there is a complete set of cooking utensils, a modern refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave with a grill. The only apartment in Pattaya with the most modern five-stage water purification system based on reverse osmosis - from a small faucet in the kitchen

Area Jomtien, the very first line, actually 50 m. To the beach on foot and 10 m. From the territory. Really panoramic views of the sea, the city and the bay with a bird's-eye view. Cafes, shops and restaurants just around the project. The modern layout of the terrain, new motorway and the absence of foreign odors - a new area, a new engineering. The beach is clean well maintained (as far as possible in Pattaya).
