All guests are kindly required to present the credit card to the property and sign a document provided by the hotel upon check-in. Please note that the property offers free unlimited shuttle service to Pattaya Pier for all guests during their stay at the property 4 times daily at 09:30, 11:30, 13:30 and 20:30 hrs, except on Sunday. For guests wishing to go to Pattaya Walking Street, the service is available only at 20:30 hrs. Guests are advised to contact the front desk in advance to book the service.
A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
