We offer it at a friendlier price, without ever lessening the attention we give to your comfort and peace of mind. Each room carries traces of our lives—decorated with handmade jewelry, natural stones, soft crafts, and quiet colors. On the shared veranda, the river flows gently, wind chimes sing softly, and nature becomes part of your rest. We don’t offer luxury. We offer honesty, warmth, and a place where you don’t have to pretend to be okay. You can just be. Let the quiet mend your thoughts. My name is Nokhuuk. I’m a mother who built this little house together with my children — from an ordinary riverside home into a heartfelt place full of stories and love. Every detail here has been touched by our hands — and our hearts. From cleaning the rooms to welcoming each guest, I treat every moment with care, because to me, you are not just a “guest”… You are someone special — like an old friend or a dear relative returning home. Nokhuuk’s House @Rimkhong is located in a quiet riverside village, about 17 kilometers (20-minute drive) from Nong Khai city center. This peaceful location is ideal for travelers with a car, especially those seeking a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Here, the breeze from the Mekong River flows gently all day. We offer spacious parking and are still within reach of local restaurants, fresh markets, convenience stores, and Lotus’s.
