My name is Tim. Together with my wife Risa, we will welcome you and strive to make your stay with us pleasant with full of great memories. We can suggest and help plan activities, tours and places to visit during your stay with us. When staying with us , there is no need to book your tours online before arrival. My wife can get you up to 50% discount off the brochure prices for most of the island tours. We are on hand 24 hours to help you with inquiries or issues or any help you may need.

Property information

RisaPlus apartments are in Kathu and centrally located on the island of Phuket. Close to amenities, restaurants, banks and places of interest. Patong Beach is just about a 10 minute drive away. Phuket town is also just about a 10 minute drive. Local buses are available as are taxis, tuk tuks and motorbike taxis. The perfect location to vist any part of Phuket.

Neighbourhood information

RisaPlus apartments is located in a quiet residential area. The condo building is set far enough back from the main road to not be disturbed by traffic noise. Good unrestricted mountain views from all our apartments. Quiet and peaceful. Shops, markets, banks, restaurants, bars are all within walking distance.
