This beautiful apartment is just 300 meters to the beautiful Bang Tao & Surin beaches and just a short walk to Surin village. The condo comes with an amazing rooftop swimming pool, restaurant and bar, along with an excellent gym facility. It is central to all local facilities, such as bars, massage spas and restaurants but is set back enough to not be disturbed by any noise. It comes with free wifi, all kitchen appliances and is suitable for up to 4 people but comfortable for only 3. The space The room itself is approximately 30 SQM and has 1 Kingsize bed that can be separated into 2 singles and a small sofa bed that can fit 2 people on but would be more comfortable if it had just 1 person sleeping. There is a small living room area that has a Smart TV, full internet access and a dining room table. The kitchen has full appliances and can comfortably be used to cook a light breakfast or small evening meal. There is a fridge freezer, microwave and full cooking utensils. There is also a small balcony than can be used for seating or smoking. The bathroom has a hot water power-shower, shampoo, soap, conditioner and towels are provided, as is toilet tissue. Cleaning products are also supplied. Free water for check in is also given for 1 bottle per person. Guests are responsible for their own refills. Please note, only 1 towel per person is provided so if customers require beach towels, these can be provided but at an extra cost. We have just had bad experiences in the past of guests using apartment towels on the beach and they have come back damaged or stained and in many cases lost. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
