We were greeted on arrival and shown around. There were some free drinks provided and also charcoal for the barbecue. It was very clean and tidy and the swimming pool was perfect for our family trip. The garden, while not big, was nice and waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning was a nice surprise.

Property info

Close to the center of Pattaya, 6 bedroom villa with private pool, just minutes from the Beach / City and Walking Street. The villa is tastefully decorated and has a large L-shaped living room; with modern furniture and a spacious kitchen, equipped with a big refrigerator, ice machine, freezer, cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven and washing machine. The house is fully air-conditioned and has FREE High speed WIFI and Netflix. The gardens are set around the fabulous private pool with its crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great weather with all year tropical sunshine. Our large outside dining area offers plenty of shaded seating, perfect for those BBQ evenings, at the Villa is a BBQ and coals are provided. On arrival we will welcome you at the villa and give you information about Pattaya and surroundings. The beds will be made and 4 towels will be provided on each Bedroom. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles drinking water.   We have a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you max. 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.   Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge by normal usage.   You have access to the complete villa and the private swimming pool.   • On arrival the beds will be made, we provide 4 towels on each bedroom. • FREE shampoo and soap on arrival. • FREE 24 bottles of water on arrival. • Free Netflix and 150 TV channels. • High speed Fiber Internet 1.000 / 700 Mbps. • Daily cleaning service and after 6 nights clean sheets and towels. • BBQ will be ready include charcoal, just light it up.

Neighborhood info

On the compound is 24×7 security and night patrols. The estate is located just off a main road which has plenty of good restaurants and fine bars including a Irish Pub, minimarkets, fresh food markets, a German bakery (Fresh bread every morning), ATMs, shops and massage spas all just a few minutes walk from the villa.
