Нормальна квартира за свої кошти, так, тут немає супер ремонту, нових меблів, але і ціна відповідна. У квартирі було чисто, є усе необхідне для проживання. Біля метро, 4-5 хвилин. Поруч є заклади харчування, зручно.

2-bedroom apartment in Kiev. Located next to the hotel "Tourist", tube station "Livoberegnaya" and the International Exhibition Center on Brovarsky Avenue, 15. The apartment has all the necessary appliances, air conditioning with heating, a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress, a folding sofa where 2 people can fit. The apartment is big, warm (cool in summer, when the air conditioner works), clean and comfortable. Housing is suitable for one or two couples or a family of 2-4 people. If you wish, you can negotiate with the hostess about cooking food Ukrainian cuisine for an additional fee. Very tasty homemade food! Try it and you will not regret it :)
I really like to talk. I also like to bring up children and cook food.
Convenient location of the apartment, well-developed infrastructure and transport, there are a lot of good restaurants and places of rest nearby. The apartment is located next to the tube station "Livoberezhnaya". To the city center 7 minutes walk to the tube and 12 minutes on the tube to station "Hreshchatyk". A comfortable and clean area, many restaurants and cafes, close to the SEC "Komod", supermarkets "Novus" and "ATB", the Left Bank post office, the academic theater "Dramas and Comedies." Nearby there is a comfortable embankment of the Rusanivka duct of the Dnieper river, a park of culture and recreation "Hydropark", park "Pobedy", several city beaches.
