There is free access to Kyiv Reservoir (2 min walking), so you can swim in summer. it is allowed to have barbeque in the garden. The hosts are great people.

Quite a classy place, very picturesque (disregarding the unfinished houses near my building) and looked after. Nice clean room with an expensive interior, has a fake fireplace, a kettle, a small fridge and an air con. Always cool inside. A huge well maintained lawn at the front leading to the lake, and I had it all to myself. I was provided with clean water (about two liters total), disposable flip-flops and even toothbrushes. No odor in the room. Very few people.
