Owner/Operator of several beach rental properties and a gift shop in the North Carolina Outer Banks. Has been building homes in outer banks for 40 years, and has been living here for over 25 years.

Property info

Pet Friendly house on beach road in Nags Head; Saturday turn in season. Features include: Pool; Hot tub; Ocean views; Close to beach access; Bed/bath linens and starter essentials; Free Wi-Fi; Roku TVs with cable; High chair/pack n’ play available. Kitchen, kitchenette, dining, living, powder, 4 bedrooms suites w/ bathroom w/ jetted tub + shower, bonus room, game room. 5 queens + 1 twin in bedrooms and Queen + 2 twins in bonus room, equipped laundry room. The house is fully dressed with linens-sheets, towels, and toilette paper. The house is air conditioned and includes a private pool and recreation room. A high chair and pack n' play crib are also available for guest use on request. The beach is about 300 yards away, a three minute walk across the Beach Road and over the sand dunes to the water line. There are stairs and showers at the beach access to the north. The house is within easy walking distance to several local restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, art galleries and unique gift shops. Grocery store is just a block away. Other area attractions are just a short drive away.
