Welcome to our beautifully remodeled home in the heart of Corvallis, Oregon, just moments away from the renowned Oregon State University and all the fun that Monroe street on campus has to offer! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect escape for families, groups, professors, medical staff and OUS fans looking to immerse themselves in all that this college town has to offer
Historic college town neighborhood. Beautiful historic homes near campus. Few blocks from all of the action on Monroe. There is ample parking for two cars and third car can squeeze in if they're not 3 oversized cars. There is a non paved spot adjacent to the driveway, but do not park there as the city is strict about it and will ticket you. There is additional street parking if additional parking is needed.
