Our fully furnished apartments are a much better alternative than a cramped motel room, plus we offer full kitchens with all the appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. We are within walking distance of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and free city buses run directly in front. Most of our guests are families attending events at UNC, as well as families attending weddings, funerals, and needing temporary accomodations while renovating their home. We also provide housing for families who have one of the members undergoing medical treatment at University Hospitals. We have a very quiet location in a residential neighborhood with off-street parking. THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA VACATION RENTAL ACT. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS. YOUR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL.
