Bright and cheery, spacious and relaxing home in a quiet, friendly suburb with neighborhood watch, 9 mi E of Downtown. Offering a master suite with patio access, fenced front yard, grill, gas fire pit, playpen, highchair, carport parking for 5 cars, plus free street parking. Perfect for your family reunion meetup in San Diego! 13 min to Balboa Park 17 min to San Diego Zoo 28 min to seals & sea lions in La Jolla 17 min to Old Town 7 min to shopping center 20 min to beaches 6 min to GOOD tacos!
