Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us. Please make sure you read the House Rules on this listing page as they outline the most common rules which ensure everyone is respected and has an enjoyable experience. As mentioned, you will be emailed a property manual before check-in which has greater detail regarding fines that could be charged if any of the house rules are broken, some of which include, smoking, partying, inappropriate behaviour, extra guests and pets. This studio has a queen size bed and luxury mattress, a luxury leather sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy free secure parking for one car, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 75” flat-screen Roku TV plus a washer and dryer, including laundry pods. Amenities include a year-round heated pool, hot tub, 24/7 gym, theater, and conference room. The prime location places you across from the Salt Palace Convention Center, one block from the Delta Center, less than five minutes from Temple Square and City Creek Mall, and under 40 minutes to ski resorts and Park City.
