This was an absolutely perfect location with direct access to trails and just far enough away from central Sedona. Loved the patio and great host.

Jack the owner, oops .. sorry Mark is a very hospitable individual who will get out of his way to make everything smooth and perfect. The place is exactly what its name says, nothing more , nothing less. The view of the Bell Rock from the property is breathtaking. It's like you are really there. Amazing! See photos! There is easy access to some of the hiking trails from the back of the property. The breakfast although limited due to the pandemic is healthy and energizing. We had a wonderful time here. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone without reservation. You won't regret it. Big thank you to Mark and the wonderful people who work with him. See you next time!

everything!! everyone was so nice and I loved how I felt more like a friend than a guest

The most AMAZING location, very clean, well-appointed, lots of extras (outdoor gear to borrow, extra kitchen amenities, wildlife EVERYWHERE). Mark was a great host with spot-on coffee service.

When we booked this accommodation the description included a full hot breakfast. A muffin with yogurt and fruit with juice was fine but not what as described.

Marc the host of The Cozy Cactus was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived he was welcoming. During our stay I asked him for directions to Cathedral Rock and he took the time to draw us a map to a spot where the parking was easy and not full of tourist. He even had things to use on our hike, like binoculars, backpacks and water bottles. The rooms were much more than I expected and the outdoor space was breathtaking. The Cozy Cactus sits right on the trails leading to Bell Rock. You do not even have to leave the B & B to enjoy the views and hiking. The coffee, homemade muffins and parfaits were a perfect start to each morning. I would highly recommend staying at The Cozy Cactus when visiting Sedona, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely outdoor area with great view and birds ++ . So convenient to go through the back gate to the local walking/hiking trails.

The view; the location. The staff, and the dog! the overall vibe is so relaxing and happy and carefree. just sitting by the fire with that view was out of this world. And their breakfast muffins were unreal. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer and we already plan to come back here!!

Amazing scenery, delicious breakfast, hiking from the back yard. Host exceptional!

Unbelievable Location. A terrific place to stay in Sedona !

Hi I'm active paraplegic wheelchair user and wondering if you have a unit that is accessible enough. Mainly bathroom access....not to dicey transfer into shower. Thanks so much...peace...CraigHi Craig, We have one lower level room that has a shower (instead of a tub), unfortunately the entrance into the bathroom is narrow, so I'd think it would work for you.
