The property is a 3 story townhouse located 5 min from the expressway 285/75 , Cumberland Mall, The Battery, Coca Cola Roxy Atlanta, Truist Park, Jonquil Park, & The Braves Stadium. It’s a 30 min walk from property to the Braves Stadium. I would like to consider it more of a hotel stay. It’s has all the amenities of a hotel. It’s a nice, quiet, peaceful space. I don’t really have a lot of rules except please treat it as if it was your own. No guns allowed. Parking is limited with 2 spots available for guest with one car parked behind the other. I would like to build up some good vibes by offering some home made lunch or dinner complimentary for long term guests and change the linen every 5 days.
As the host I do live on the property on the top floors. I’m really a high vibration type of woman.
The neighborhood is a very safe,quiet, & accommodating community.
