Be our very first guest at this unit! We just painted and furnished this condo on June 26, 2023. All mattresses, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc are brand new. We are pet-friendly and welcome your pets as long as you are respectful to our home. The condo is about 1200 sf and is in a quiet neighborhood. The balcony overlooks a beautiful preserve area and Lake Lotus. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and desk. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that is a full on the bottom and twin on top. This room also has a TV and desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, bakeware, etc. You will also be welcomed with a starter pack of toiletries, kitchen sponge, soap, dishwasher detergent, etc.
