Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises This home does not have air-conditioning. Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to 2,000 USD (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10 PM. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Outdoor fires and charcoal grills are prohibited by local regulations (gas grills and indoor fireplaces are ok). Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. Nestled in the tranquil High Meadows neighborhood, this ranch-style home provides a wonderful base camp from which to explore the region. Located near the base of Heavenly, hitting the slopes is super-convenient. In warmer months, El Dorado Beach is just a short drive away for sunning, swimming, and kayaking. Hikers will find the Star Lake Trailhead within a short drive, offering a 10-mile round trip advanced hike to the beautiful namesake alpine lake.
