Inside, you'll find a central great room with vaulted ceilings, a cozy living area with plenty of seating and a TV, a dining table and chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen. An upstairs loft area has a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space, while the washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay. Take in evergreen views from the deck, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Or grab a sled and race down the hill out back. Hillside Haven feels like a private oasis within the Serene Lakes community, with forest views and undeveloped lots on either side. Enjoy an old-school but new-tech cabin equipped for working remotely and entertainment with high-speed Starlink satellite internet, DirecTV, and numerous streaming services. Ideal for cross-country skiers, Royal Gorge trails are right across the street (92 groomed, tracked trails- over 140km). Downhill skiers can head to the Soda Springs Ski Resort (1.5 miles), or hit the slopes at Sugar Bowl or Boreal (5 miles).
