History buffs, architecture and design aficionados, and lovers of elegance especially appreciate The Nickerson House, its amenities, its sunny disposition, and the beautiful vibe of this special home. Fully renovated with all the modern features you want in a vacation home with all of the character of a storied Victorian house. The Nickerson House is appointed with high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout.  We have a fully stocked kitchen with place settings for sixteen perfect for families celebrating the holidays or foodies who enjoy cooking as part of their vacation. Parking, Noise, and Our Neighbors We love our neighbors! Many have lived in the Government Hill area for two or three generations. They have been very gracious to us allowing us to offer our home as a vacation rental. You are welcome to park in front of the house or behind it on the property inside the gated area. Please be mindful of the noise level of both indoor and outdoor activities (especially if it's after 10pm).
