Relax in peace in a private bedroom. My home has everything you need for your Hollister trip including Wi-Fi and self check in. This is a private furnished bedroom in my home. Just across the hall from you is a shared full bathroom that includes plenty of towels, washcloths, soap, and shampoo for guests. All common living areas are accessible to guests both inside and outside. All guests have kitchen access and are able to cook meals if desired. There is a mini fridge located in the kitchen for guest use and a dedicated space for pantry items during your stay. A coffee pot is kept on the kitchen counter where coffee grounds, filters, sugar, and powdered creamers are provided. Feel free to brew a pot or use the provided hot water kettle to make some tea to start your day! There is on-street parking available. If you arrive at night, there are solar lights along the walkway to light your path. You will self-check-in via the front door with an access code that is provided to you after booking. I give all guests the space they want. I am always welcome to conversation, and even if I'm not on site, I am reachable by phone or text. If you prefer less interaction, I will take your cue and do my best to give you the space you require. There are 2 cats in the home that are always curious and seeking attention. You can choose to keep quietly to yourself or come out and be a part of our family for the day. You are always a welcomed guest in my home. There are garden areas in the backyard, so on any given day, you may see or hear a variety of birds or bugs. This is a normal lived-in home. Children of all ages are welcome but will need to be monitored at all times as the home is not childproof. There may be items in reachable places that could pose a danger for a young child. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and well-being of themselves and all parties in the group including children while on our property.

This is a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with family oriented neighbors. Within walking distance to Lucky grocery store, Grillin and Chillin Alehouse and McCarthy Park. Close to downtown Hollister where you can enjoy Restaurants, coffee shops, bars and bakeries. There is a grocery store and a park within walking distance. A short drive can get you to Monterey, Carmel Valley and Santa Cruz. Can also commute to San Francisco for a day trip. In our backyard is Pinnacle National Park where you can enjoy some great hiking trails, scenic drives or find some birding hot spots. If you want to spend a day on a dirt bike or atv, Hollister Hills is also close by. We are also close to the Cienega Valley Wine trail. Casa DeFruta is a great place to spend a day.
