Formerly known as Hyde Resort and Residences, It offers stunning views and high-end amenities, including beach access, rooftop pools, a fitness center, and a spa, This wonderful apartment promises a 5-star experience while enjoying the city. Strategically located just minutes from Aventura Mall and Bal Harbor, walking distance from Gulfstream Park, the Arts and Culture Center, and a wide variety of dining options. Have to consider a Resort fee dollars 40 per day + taxes and also Valet dollars 37 + taxes, payable directly. (only credit card) Resort Deposit dollars 250 (only credit card). There is a 40 USD per day resort fee (Credit card) Paid valet parking 37 USD (Credit card) The Resort also charges the security deposit in the amount of 250 USD (credit card only)
