At 12am midnight of my one night stay, I discovered small roaches in the room. I informed the front desk who didn’t seem surprised. They told me that they were all booked and could not put me in another room so I left and spent the night at the FLL airport instead waiting for my flight. I did not sleep. At 9am the next day, I received a message from the manager stating they had refunded me $22.50. I was outraged. I was expecting a 50% refund since I still had 11 hours left on my reservation. After a series of messages with the manager and dodged calls, the manager informed me that the room was inspected and “nothing found.” He mentioned again that my $22.50 refund was processed and stated that I received an early check in for free, insinuating that they had done enough. Then provided me with an incorrect number to the corporate office.

I will not recommend this hotel to nobody.
I will not recommend this hotel to nobody. I never experience this kind of service. Everything stay dirty in the rooms I ask for help in the front desk no one seems care. Nothing as done, to be honest it’s not a place to stay for the asking price. A motel does better than that. Overall you use Marriott name that’s ridiculously bad for Marriott.

The location, can't beat that. It's also very close to the FLL airport, the food in the area is great. Movie theater is right across from the Hotel that you can walk and be there in 3mins. Rooms also cater for a family of 4 easily. Some privacy in the room because of the set up with the spacious living room style area.

We went to Lucky Fish for dinner and had the most amazing view from the bar. The weather was just gorgeous. Afterwards, we walked on the beach which was a beautiful white sandy beach. The waves were coming in and the sound was just so soothing.

When checking out, I requested for my Inv oice and receipt for money paid. I was not given - Why? I was told that it it will be sent to me by booking.com, to my email, 3 days later I have not yet seen it. Which should include $8.50 for consumables I paid separately to the front desk. May I have my payment receipt, I need it for office accounting.
