Imagine a stone castle, medieval style; except this one has an 85" HDTV, Wifi, long granite bar with full kitchen and appliances. The warm glow of recessed lighting and polished concrete floors of this basement unit create a comfortable atmosphere. Lots of space with over 2,000 square feet; fully rehabbed with all newly appointed features. A secure building with a private entrance, free parking. Perfect for large groups of up to 20 friends and family; located in East Lakeview. All kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, cups. There is a coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Also a blender, toaster, crock pot and more. The base price covers up to 10 people. There is an extra charge for each person above that. Pets are welcome and also have a fee. Your total bill will be calculated when you make your reservation. If you are having trouble making a reservation using this software, don't give up! You'll need to call Bookings Reservation Department ask for help. You can also make your reservation using Air bnb, Home Away or VRBO. We're listed on those places using the same property name.

The East Lakeview area is famous for being the highest density area of the city and it shows with the numerous places to eat, drink and shop. Virtually everything is walkable, so you won't need a car. If you want to go downtown, just jump on the Lakeshore Drive bus (2 blocks east on Belmont) or take the Red Line train (6 blocks west on Belmont). East Lakeview is also home to Chicago's renown Boys Town; a world famous gay area with clubs and other attractions. The Red Line train to downtown is walking distance. There are several bus stops within 1 block away that can take you downtown or west to neighborhoods like Roscoe Village, Lincoln Square and Bucktown. You can also walk to downtown along the lakefront; it's not that far. On your way, you'll run into Lincoln Park Conservatory with a greenhouse full of exotic plants (free admission) and then Lincoln Park Zoo (also free admission). Walk north on Clark Street (4 blocks away) and you'll bump into Wrigley Field and the surrounding nightlife there.
