Location was very convenient for us, being a short walk from the station, which was why we chose it. Hotel was comfortable, with a good-sized, up-to-date room. Left luggage facility was exceptionally useful, as was early check-in and late check-out.

The views in our corner room were breathtaking. The decor, bathroom, bed and all facilities were of exceptional quality and good taste. The bed was very comfortable. We had drink and a light meal at the bar which was very perfectly prepared, in fact it might have been one of the best pieces of steak I have ever had.

A really nice ambience from the moment you set foot through the front door. Friendly staff with a great bar. The room was very nice, too, with everything I needed once I stepped through the door. Great breakfast, too!

Super luxury hotel - it is huge, modern and elegant 🥰 very friendly staff and so helpful, much appreciated ❤️ so convenient location as in the city center! Got its own restaurants - all nice with excellent food 🍲 also nice breakfast 🍳🥪 🥞 with lots of options and reasonable price - of course - excellent customer service ❤️ in addition, the room service is fantastic - got the morning tea with lovely succulent plant 🪴 which finally became a little present 🎁 for me when I left the hotel 🏨 many thxxx ❤️ highly recommended 😘 and I am sure u will love staying here too

Property is comfortable, clean & very well situated for the things we wanted to see & do. Easy walking distance to the theatre district, the magnificent mile, the river and river walks, the Willis Tower and lots of restaurants to choose from too. The Emerald Loop, just over the road, was good for burgers and beer!

Breakfast room was great and on the same floor as our room which was really handy. The staff in the breakfast room were excellent, very friendly and welcoming really brightened up the morning everyday. The breakfast was good especially the pancakes. The bed was large and very comfy, there was lots of space in the room. Location was ok near Willis Tower in a quiet area but some nice bars/restaurants close by.

as locations go close to all but not near anything, it was like 1 mile to any major destination say Navy Pier, Willis Tower, Museums further. breakfast good, and kids loved a pool on site. but value for money is V good.

It's about Location, we were lucky , if you like walking then I would say everything was in walking distance. Restaurants and cafeterias were literally around the corner. My first time in Chicago, the hotel provided all we needed since we were out most of the day. Safe location which is very important. The hotel is next to the Willis tower, a short walk to the lake and my favorite restaurant located below level of the Willis Tower was the Cheesecake Factory. Round the corner all the shops , malls and food places.
