Hotels near Willis Tower, Chicago

Location was very convenient for us, being a short walk from the station, which was why we chose it. Hotel was comfortable, with a good-sized, up-to-date room. Left luggage facility was exceptionally useful, as was early check-in and late check-out.

Central location, beautiful room, inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly.

The location. And it's so spacious

Value for money and great location

Beautiful building and well-appointed rooms. Close to start and finish line of the Chicago marathon.

Great location, big bright room and helpful staff. Walk to csp , art institute and the lake.

Amazing location, amazing staff!!

I loved the location, the friendly personnel and the level of detail and service!

The hotel is clean, aesthetic, beautifully color coordinated and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of every single member of the staff.

Great location and very nice rooms. We came in January during the week so also the price was really good for the quality we received. Next time I come to Chicago I would definitely book here again.

The staff was overall friendly and welcoming, the room service lady of the 4th floor during most of my stay from the 3rd March up to 7th March deserves a compliment.

The location was great, and points of interest were within 20 minutes walk. Friendly staff, and very helpful. Lou Manalti deep dish pizza a must, 10 minutes walk. Parking available at charge. Nice hotel, good view of the city in north river. Lots of resteraunts close by. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would reccomend 😃

It’s beautiful, great location. The restaurant was 10/10. The staff members are amazing the hotel is dog friendly! I loved it

The staff and service workers were top notch!!

We have stayed at Hyatt Places many times and always have had a good experience, the room was good and the breakfast was actually better than most of the other hotels. We went to a show and the hotel was in a great location.

We were lucky to have a fantastic corner room, it was huge and so comfortable. The staff were lovely and easy going, and having the complimentary tea and coffee on 3rd floor until the evening was a bonus when we fancied an extra cup of tea. We would highly recommend it!

I have stayed here three times already, and this is the best hotel in my opinion! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the location is excellent, and the parking is safe, convenient, and reasonably priced! Coming here has added so much to my Chicago trip, even the bathroom amenities are perfect! I love this place, and if I come to Chicago again, I will definitely choose to stay here!

Room was clean and comfortable, really appreciated the guest laundry facility
