Location was very convenient for us, being a short walk from the station, which was why we chose it. Hotel was comfortable, with a good-sized, up-to-date room. Left luggage facility was exceptionally useful, as was early check-in and late check-out.

Central location, beautiful room, inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I needed to store my suitcase after checking out they extended my check out time a bit and then stared my luggage. Very nice.

Super luxury hotel - it is huge, modern and elegant 🥰 very friendly staff and so helpful, much appreciated ❤️ so convenient location as in the city center! Got its own restaurants - all nice with excellent food 🍲 also nice breakfast 🍳🥪 🥞 with lots of options and reasonable price - of course - excellent customer service ❤️ in addition, the room service is fantastic - got the morning tea with lovely succulent plant 🪴 which finally became a little present 🎁 for me when I left the hotel 🏨 many thxxx ❤️ highly recommended 😘 and I am sure u will love staying here too

Stylish and comfortable but also a warm welcome and a hospitable feeling. The room was quiet which was a bonus as not always the case.

Stuff is amazing: we arrived early at 9am and we were given a nice room and free breakfast vouchers! Similar experience during the stay when we needed an extra blanket. It was delivered within few minutes.

The location of the property is a great plus. The room was clean (a little small for a family of 3), the personal very kind and the availability of the cafeteria (coffee, tea, water - for free) were very helpful especially during the arrival and departure day.

I loved staying at Club Quarters! The property was amazing, great facilities, water, coffee, a great study room! The room was very comfortable, with a nice tv and a microwave. The heater was also very nice, even in the coldest days! I stayed long enough to have an excellent impression! Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable!! Liked it so much that I’ve already scheduled a returning visit!

Very good for solo cheap travellers. It's easy to get in and close to all the fun stuff in chicago. I stayed when it started snowing, and the room was warm. Has a water dispenser, which is helpful.

Loved this hotel, spacious room and very comfortable bed. Handy laundry facilities, great location in the loop, walking distance from Union Station and to Millenium Park. Very friendly staff.

The reception staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Being from northern Europe, we aren't used to air-conditioning and a technician came to our room with a ladder and turned the air-con off for us. 😊 The cleaners brought us fresh coffee and water whenever we asked. The double beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you, we'll be back next year!

The staff were amazing when I needed their help. The location from the bus station and to the airport was ideal.
