This newly constructed home features 180 degrees of one of the best long-range, year-round, multi-layered mountain views in this area and is less than 10 miles from downtown Blue Ridge, making it the perfect vacation destination. Don’t spend all your time indoors. The deck, which includes a dining table, grill, and other furniture, is the perfect place to gather. The primary bedroom on this level includes access to the deck and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and freestanding tub. The bottom level of the home, however, is where all the fun resides. The living room includes a flatscreen TV, wet bar, and pool table. The lower deck features a hot tub. All bedrooms in this home feature their own TV. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
