Manzanita Vacation Rental is a three bedroom two bath home located near amazing beach access in the village of Manzanita. Home features two stories with living on both levels. Downstairs is a living area with two bedrooms, bath and washer/dryer, large living room with TV and sofa sleeper. Upstairs is another living room with partial ocean views, kitchen and additional bedroom with another bathroom as well. Outside you are just steps away from the best beach Manzanita has to offer. Plenty of walking trails for an afternoon stroll. Take a short walk, or quick car ride to town and explore the village of Manzanita, close to golf course, Nehalem park and much more. MCA #1151 Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children and infants is 8 Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. Not pet friendly. Please note the driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles but it is very steep. Sleeping Accommodations - Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper Top Floor: Bedroom 3: King bed Beach access: Approximately 1/2 block, at the end of the street. Over the dune, 200 yards to beach. This home has exterior stairs to enter the home and stairs to upper level. Quiet Hours must be observed between 8pm and 8am for this property per local city ordinance.
