This three-bedroom vacation rental is ready to take you back to the California Gold Rush! The unit provides you with a full-size kitchen that’s equipped with all of the cooking utensils and dishes you may need during your stay. Other amenities will include coffee, paper towels, and kitchen towels. There is also a dining room with a table that comfortably seats 6 people. The living area has a brand-new leather couch and recliner. The large flat screen TV is equipped with a Blu-Ray DVD player and a Roku device so you can stream all of your favorite movies and TV shows! Bedroom #1 includes a comfortable King Size bed with a full-size Jack-and-Jill bathroom that leads into bedroom #2 which has a Queen size bed. Bedroom #3 is the “kids’ room” and offers two twin size beds. All bedrooms have their own unique features and include a flat screen TV with a Roku device connected. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual sinks with a gorgeous wood countertop. There is also a half bathroom located at the end of the hallway. We will provide you with towels and soaps during your stay. In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers or down in this home. The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular! There are two separate firepit areas that offer a bar top, charcoal BBQs, and plenty of chairs for your friends and family to sprawl out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. There is also a large deck that can serve as an outdoor dining area that has a picnic table and another charcoal BBQ.

While the Miners Suite feels just the right amount of secluded, you’re still walking distance from all of our favorite shops and restaurants. The lake is approx. 1 mile down the road, so it’s a very short drive. You can also take a hiking trail located right across the street from the property that will lead you to the lake, or the museum where you can learn all about the history that makes Shaver Lake what it is today! If you’re visiting in the winter months, China peak Ski Resort is about 25-minute drive from the property where you can go skiing/snowboarding. There is also a couple of snow parks where you and your family can go sledding. Shaver Lake does not have any taxi's, Uber, or a city bus. Guest must drive their own vehicle to get around.
