Newly renovated, stylish and spacious 1 bedroom apartment near The Universal Studios and International Drive, located in The Stay Sky Suites. The complex is basically a Hotel - therefore no balcony IMPORTANT: *no early check ins/late check outs, luggage hold/drop off or mail/package delivery option *Please read entire listing/house rules. We give a lot of important information *The unit has been completely renovated but the building/hallways are quite dated.
Here some house rules: - no smoking/vaping - no parties/gatherings - age restriction of 21 or older - no daily housekeeping available - No luggage hold or drop off option - No mail or package delivery option RECAP: We are a private party renting out our vacation home – not a hotel. What you see is what you get. It is a short term rental - no daily housekeeping available The condo has a basic equipped kitchen which allows to prepare small meals. It has a two burner induction cook top, NO oven. We do have a toaster oven though, a microwave and a coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements: a queen size bed and a sleeper couch. The sleeper couch is smaller than a regular queen bed but it could definitely sleep kids and we would say shorter adults would fit as well. There is a pack’n’play but we don't provide sheets for it.
The location is absolutely great. With restaurants such as Chilis, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds and Burger Kind within walking distance. Being on International Drive a lot more restaurants and fun attractions for kids and adults are very close. For breakfast we also recommend IHOP which is also within walking distance.
