This townhouse was just finished being built in December of 2022! Brand new beds, appliances and washer/dryer. Three bedrooms - three bathrooms! Relax in the living room by the fireplace. Private rear patio with outdoor fire and chairs. Super close to dining, shopping, moover transportation and movie theater! Private, quiet & beautiful!
My husband Joe and I purchased this brand new Townhouse as we fell in LOVE with the State of Vermont and the Town of Dover! We have never felt so welcomed by such a beautiful community! The location is so fantastic we couldn’t pass it up! We still have children at home with us so we are unable to move here full time but absolutely hope to in the very near future. This house is quiet, beautiful and unique! Feel so blessed to be able to share it with you! Please feel free to call or text us anytime! We are happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
This house is very quiet and private located next to stream. It has the BEST of both worlds, fantastic location and privacy! Within walking distance to food, the movies, post office, ski shopping with rentals and repairs, sticky buns bakery and Vermont's Best Diner!!! Private car port and plenty of free off street parking. Unit has a private parking lot. Also very close to the moover bus route! * Movies * Post Office * Bakery * Diner * Ski Rental/repairs & clothing * Vermont Walking Trail * ALL WITHIN CLOSE CLOSE WALKING DISTANCE!!!!!!
