Your days under the sun can spent enjoying the 400-ft pier, boat launch, tennis courts, and pools. When you aren't swimming in the pool's turquoise water, head to one of the convenient beach access points, located just minutes away. A hang gliding lesson can be booked with Kitty Hawk Kites' Flight School, a peaceful hike can be taken around Jockey's Ridge State Park, and playful competition can ensue at Lost Treasure Golf. Decorated in a charming nautical theme, the interior of Ricos Retreat is full of sunlight and modern amenities. The living room is an ideal spot to stream your favorite shows, or participate in a family game night! The kitchen's stainless steel appliances and many nifty gadgets make cooking a breeze, and dining is just as easily done at the wooden dining table. Both of the condo's bedrooms have ceiling fans, soft linens, and ample storage space. The perks don't end there though - also inside you'll discover central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access. As the sunset's radiant hues begin to fill the sky, sit back and enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony, your loved ones by your side, and a tropical drink in hand. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (4 = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations. Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
