Overlooking the San Miguel River, Riverside 201 is perfect for both winter and summer escapes. It's a quick walk to Telluride Town Park for the many festivals that come through in summer, and a fast stroll over to the gondola and Lift 8 for winter sports at Telluride Ski Resort. In addition to this central location, this condo boasts high-end finishes throughout, including an AV system with sound bar speakers, new TVs, and a Blu-ray player in every bedroom. At the end of a day spent hiking or strolling downtown, you can enjoy the furnished deck overlooking the River Trail and the lovely San Miguel River. The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks! <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. The hot tubs are closed during the fall and spring off-seasons for regular maintenance.
