We welcome you to share our fully managed vacation villa - Robin's Nest. We are situated on a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac in the Greater Groves neighbourhood; which includes community facilities such as a large pool, tennis court and childrens play area which is accessed by villa key fob. Our home has 3 bedrooms, Master king with patio door out to the pool, a double and a twin- there is also a cot provided. We have 2 bathrooms, one master en-suite and a family bathroom which also has a door out to the pool. There is a large, airy open plan living area, which includes the kitchen and breakfast nook, dining area and living room with comfy sofas to seat 6. The lounge and each of our bedrooms has a flat screen TV with Roku Sticks,, and smart DVD players in the den and games room; there is also an Xbox in the den and free high speed WiFi throughout the villa. Our large garage has been converted into a games room where you can play pool, air hockey, table football or darts! After a busy and hot day at the Theme Parks- you can relax and cool off in our private pool and spa- which can be heated as an optional extra in the cooler months- Please contact us prior to your arrival for a quote. Please note that this listing has added on 'taxi transfer from airport' - this is not something which we personally offer and has been added onto our listing by the 3rd party- so therefore is an additional extra which will need to be taken up directly prior to your booking should you require this service.

Hi, we are Mark and Sarah from Nottingham, UK. We welcome you to share our beautiful vacation villa in the wonderful state of Florida. We have been visiting the USA since 1999- and now have achieved our dream of owning our own vacation home which we purchased in 2019! We hope you will enjoy our villa as much as we do.

Our oversized plot also has banana trees for you to help yourself to if they are ripe and ready!! And our pool area is very private and has security fences and door alarms to protect the little ones. You can also enjoy the cooling shade of our covered lanai, or soak up the sun on the patio. We really want you to enjoy our home from home- and we provide all you could need from cutlery, to towels! There is even a highchair and stroller for the little ones! We have full air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms to keep you cool. Clermont is the perfect base for all the activities you could wish for in the Orlando area- we are only 30 mins drive from Disney, 40 mins from the Seaworld parks and 45 mins from Universal- to name but a few of the many attractions within easy reach. Unusually for most neighbourhoods- we are within walking distance (approx 15 mins) from a shopping plaza where you will find a supermarket, takeaway and 24 hour gas station.
