Walk down to Pine Avenue for shopping, restaurants, and freshly baked donuts. There is space for three cars to park in the driveway. Spend relaxing mornings in the sun of your backyard, where a private pool is surrounded by tropical foliage - this is what island life is all about! Sip coffee, read a book, and play fetch with Fido (please note a 25-pound limit and small, nighty pet fee). Meals are easy to whip up in the fully equipped kitchen, and a gas grill is perfect for preparing fresh-caught fish. After a full day, relax with a DVD on the flatscreen TV or surf the free WiFi for activities to do tomorrow! This beautiful house is waiting for you - book today! THINGS TO KNOW Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for 22 dollars per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
