South Seas Beach Villa 2313 is a very nicely renovated and luxury vacation rental condominium located at the South Seas Island Resort Beach Villas Complex. Our spacious one bedroom/one bathroom condominium features a very comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, living area with large flat panel TV and a private screened lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The direct beachfront view looks out to the Gulf of Mexico and pool area. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), bbq grills and the beach. We include beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well. "Access to amenities may be limited at the time of your stay" **Please note that due to Hurricane Ian, certain building amenities such as the elevator, pool heater and more may not be functioning properly.
