This Beautiful Historic Jazz-era was built in 1922, providing full ocean and Queen Mary views is located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. We are located in a highly desirable area minutes away from beautiful beaches and Shoreline Marina area. The studio features high speed Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen, upgraded appliances and bathroom. There is one full size sofa bed along with a twin air mattress that comfortably accommodates two guests. The studio includes a dedicated workstation and lots of natural lighting. There are no shared walls making this unit very private. This is a super cute unique property that you must see to believe! Whether it's for work or play, come relax and enjoy a beautiful Beach Lifestyle.

Downtown Long Beach is a palm-lined neighborhood with beaux-arts apartment towers. Near the water, the Long Beach convention center is flanked by shopping centers and the Aquarium of the Pacific, Indie boutiques, galleries and food spots. Areas to explore Pine Avenue, East Village Arts District, Rainbow Harbor Esplanade, Pike Outlets, Shoreline Village and so much more! Downtown is 1 block south with a very large movie theatre, shopping at the Pike mall, food trucks, and entertainment; you name it. Speaking of the convention center, its within walking distance of the condo on the same street. Exit the building and turn right, go about 3 blocks and you are there. Lots of restaurants to choose from all up and down Ocean Blvd. The beach and the boardwalk are also within walking distance where you can enjoy a harbor cruise or charter your own boat. There is always entertainment on the board walk as well. You won't be disappointed on the variety of restaurants and shops you will encounter. Most everything is within walking distance; you can even visit the actual Queen Mary Ship. The building is very quiet.
