Nestled in a serene setting within walking distance of the year-round trails at the famous Paige Meadows and within a 20-minute drive to 3 ski resorts, the home has everything you need for year-round fun in Tahoe. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

This charming home is situated on a quiet forested street less than 10 minutes from Tahoe City and steps away from beautiful outdoor recreation areas. A quick 7-minute walk down the street will take you to the public access of the popular outdoor recreation area Paige Meadows where you will find great year-round trails for all adventure levels in the National Forest. This area is also dog friendly with no leashes required. The famous Sunnyside Resort is a 5-minute drive away where you can have a great meal or rent any type of watercraft imaginable. In the winter months, you are less than a 20-minute drive to Palisades Tahoe Ski Resorts and Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, and a 10-minute drive to Homewood Ski Resort.
