Relax with the whole family at Summerhill Ranch. This stunning luxury Grand Lake estate can accommodate families seeking a lake retreat. The 31 acre estate features 3 houses (Harbert House, Barn House, Pool House) with 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a workout room, pool, treehouse, lake front with boat slip access, and many other amenities to explore. You'll have the entire estate to yourselves along with lake access with your own boat slip.

Quiet neighborhood. There are goats nearby and you can hear boats on the lake when outside. Entry to Summerhill Farm is gated with personal gate code. You’ll have a long driveway to park multiple vehicles. The gate bends towards the house so stop at the marked line when exiting. Safety: There is a pool, pond, and lake access on the property. There are snakes, spiders, poison ivy and other plants and wildlife. Children should be watched closely and safety precautions taken accordingly.
