Had an over abundance amount of restaurants and there is a mall less than 2 mi away... Also University of Delaware football stadium just minutes away... Best part was a Dunkin' Donuts just as you leave the hotel parking lot... It's actually walkable on a nice day from the hotel... I was a Delawarean for most of my life and was very familiar with the area. The Ramada was once looked upon as the class of Newark. Newark has changed considerably since I left in 2011. It still contains all the shops anyone could need and the surrounding nearby area has a really nice mall (Christiana). Worst ever!
Worst ever! Property falling down, drug addicts nodding off outside their rooms, women fighting and swearing outside my room, homeless people squatting there, you name it. IF I wasn't exhausted from driving I would have asked for a refund and gone anywhere else.
