Enjoy an affordable stay at this ultra modern and centrally-located listing. The home is newly built and in the heart of historic Ybor, only minutes walking from famous 7th Avenue. Minutes driving from points of interest including the Port of Tampa, airport, downtown, Bush Gardens and Raymond James stadium. Each guest bedrooms contains a dedicated workspace and large smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen, living room, laundry room and back patio are all common spaces free for every guest to use. The home has four total rentable guest rooms. There is also a live in property manager available if you need anything at anytime.
